SVP Residence was commissioned as a three-generation home, so the brief centred on independence within one building — a self-contained ground-floor suite for grandparents, family living on the first floor, and a private roof terrace for the top level.
We used a load-bearing frame with wide spans to keep interior walls minimal, letting each floor be reconfigured later without touching structure. The roof terrace was waterproofed and landscaped as usable outdoor space rather than a leftover.
Handover included full MEP, flooring, and kitchen fit-out.
