Currently under construction in KK Nagar, this villa is designed around clean flat-roof volumes and large format glazing facing an internal garden.
The brief called for a ground-floor home office with a separate entrance, a double car porch, and a swimming pool along the rear boundary. Structure and blockwork are complete; the project is now moving into MEP rough-in and facade cladding.
Expected handover: late 2025.
